## Trinity Partners Negotiates Columbia Retail Center Sale

Trinity Partners recently negotiated the sale of a 19,615-square-foot, multi-tenant retail property in Columbia, S.C. The property, located at 2930 Devine St. and 618 Sims Ave., was fully leased at the time of the transaction. Tenants at this location include Arabesque on Devine, Best Mattress, Eggs Up Grill, and Za’s on Devine.

William Mills and Robbie Cook of Trinity Partners represented the seller and also sourced the buyer for the transaction. Further details regarding the sale were not disclosed.
